Clothing for the Nordic — nothing else.

Farvidden was founded in Gothenburg on a narrow conviction: outdoor clothing should be made for the weather it actually faces. Rain coming in from the side, wet cold in November, a summer that is short but bright.

The name comes from the far expanse — the vastness that lies beyond. We build slowly and with few garments, chosen to last and to work in layers with one another.

We launch in January 2027. Until then we share what we know: how to dress right outdoors, how materials differ, and why layering beats a single thick garment almost every time.
